 We are attempting to raise a good deal of money for our charity, and are so done with cupcake and desert sales.  And I think everyone in our community has at least one of our various cookbooks.  Short of raffling dates to single guys like the movies, we had reached a standstill.  Then one of us read a headline in the Indiana Gold Exchange site that we could raise money by hosting a gold party. I have a couple of visions as to how that occurs: you have a high priced jewelry yard sale and the pieces not sold are traded for cash, or you collect all the pieces and exchange them for cash
