If you’re fascinated by motorcycles and saving gas, consider purchasing a unicycle that’s a motorcycle.  That’s right, a young 18-year old inventor in the UK has come up with a prototype, which he proudly calls "Uno" which, at first glance, looks like a unicycle.  In reality, however, this contraption is actually classified as a motorcycle.  It rides similar to the popular Segway, using gyroscopic technology so that riders don’t have to worry about balancing so much.  The motorcycle is operated on electricity.  The young inventor says that his inspiration for the Uno came after he visitied China and saw the number of people using motorcyles polluting the environment.  He felt that he could make a difference in this area and came up with the Uno as the answer.  The Uno consists of two wheels that were placed side by side to create the effect of looking like one wheel.  I guess we’ll have to see if this bike catches the attention of Americans.
