When you volunteer for the PTA, you run into all kinds of problems. We are always getting calls from anxious parents wanting more information about communication with their childs’ teacher or with just about any type of worker in the school district.  As I am the call taker for our PTA chapter, I get many calls with questions that are not answered in the school handbook.  One day I brought up the matter of booklets printing with an administrator in the district.  I told him we needed a small booklet printed that tells the parents who to call for specific information, such as sporting events and school programs.  He had the booklets printed up and now we get only a fraction of the calls we did before.
