When I was working at the agency, I used to get so many calls about promoters who had made their deposits, and they wanted to get a notice back.  I told them that I would get my office administrator to do it for them, but there was hardly anytime to get them done, unless they were high certificates of deposit.  Only the people who made the higher deposits got certificates back. It was just the way that we conducted business.  We actually lost a lot of the smaller clients because of that policy.  My boss didn’t really care about it that much.
