I love audiobooks - it’s official.

Here’s an incomplete list of the free audio book downloads I’ve done and listened to this year. I’ve cut out the rubbish ones ;)

Table Rappers - Persistent Spirit (my current book, loving this paranormal mystery - kinda like historical x-files)

Nocturnal (sci-fi/horror)

Ancestor (sci-fi)

Crescent (sci-fi)

Hall of Mirrors (horros short stories)

Forget Librivox- that’s right, most of the books I downloaded from there were, quite frankly - so poorly read and produced that they were unlistenable! Plus these are mostly only out of print, old works that are either just plain outdated, or you’ve already read/heard before.

I think my daughter would really enjoy going to see Wicked, but I am not sure where I can get the tickets. I want to get her into seeing musicals and Broadway shows rather than just movies. I want to make sure she gets exposed to different types of things, and this would be a good start. Can anyone tell me where I can get Tickets For Wicked In San Antonio? I would really appreciate it. I know she likes the Wizard of Oz story, so I am sure that she would enjoy this as well. Maybe after that I will be able to get her to see a ballet.

There is a lot of dancing going on out there with more dance styles than ever being practised. However the types of dancing  that I really like are the one that have a raw element to them.

The ones which are simultaneously beautiful and edgy at the same time. That’s just my personal taste but I find that combination always gets me excited.

It’s also a matter of personal opinion because something like ‘edgy’ can never be truly defined on a universal level. But I find that many of the street dances today have that element that just makes you sit up and take notice and look really cool.

That’s what I mean by edgy and beautiful.

Many people strive to become rich and famous. Their is no way you can get to this vantage point without becoming aware of the fact that you will be giving up virtually all your rights to privacy. I’m not saying its moral that this happens but it does and its not surprise so if you proceed and are mentioned in Celebrity Gossip media their is no point in complaining or getting heated about it. The gossip is just another cog in the engine that allows all the celebrities to continue to make so much money. Without the fans interest where would you be?

It was three years ago when I first got a book published, I was very chuffed and very proud that I had actually achieved something. It was a POD novella, as was the one after that, which followed a year later.I wasn’t in it for the sales, I didn’t do it for my ego, it was simply something I had to do, and something to show my grandchildren.Straight forward really, and also I can say that I am a published author…not many can.Well, I’m a published author, but I never said I was any good, now did I?Check out online novels.

When you’re not sure what someone would like best, a gift of jewellery is always appreciated especially when you invest your time and consideration into the choice. Many people have grace over jewelery as it will be a decent thing than another thing.  You can always find a piece to fit your budget, no matter what it is.Necklaces are great gift ideas with various designs and styles available. Whether the woman for whom you’re buying enjoys colorful, loud, jewelry - or has a more subtle style - you’re sure to find the perfect gift. If you’re on a limited budget, there are delightful inexpensive loop and pendant necklaces available. You wont have to break your budget and they are still durable and a great looking piece of designer jewellery.Necklaces as the name itself suggest is an ornament worn on neck by ladies. But bracelets, although are similar to necklaces and slightly cheaper, they usually wear it on hand. So if you’re pressed for cash, you might consider a bracelet over a necklace for your jewelry gift. Consider what jewelry she already has to decide what new items would appeal to her.Earrings are presumably the safest alternative of all jewelery, especially if you are purchasing smaller ones.  However, if you are going to purchase earrings, try to view many selections and  be open to the possibility of different designs outside your norm.  Use your judgment to determine whether they will suit the lady for whom you are buying. Imagine their face and wonder what their expression would be.Probably the most difficult jewelry gift choice is a ring, because it is such a personal item.   Since they represent important bonds and relationships, it can be a tricky matter to select just the right one to memorialize a significant occasion. Get advice from many people and take lots of care and im sure she will absolutely love the ring you pick out.Even if you have been thinking of putting off buying jewelery, forget it, buy now! The woman for whom you are buying will appreciate the thought and sentiment, even if you do not find perfection.

There’s lots of people and teachers that you can learn street dance from. But where should you get your street dance information if you wish to reach the top?

The answer is quite simple: go to the best. Learn from choreographers in the industry and dancers who are successful.

Also learn from dancers who are just amazing dancers regardless of success levels. You’ll learn a lot from these dancers as well.

If you want to win in the game of dance, and it can be a competitive industry at times, you need to learn from the best and dance like the best.

Who does not love a pretty butterfly tattoo? Ok, maybe my husband would not want butterfly tattoos but I would love some. It is funny but for some reason over the past few years I have been doing things that most people do when they are really young. I have gotten two tattoos and had my belly button pierced. My kids think that I am nuts and they may be right but I do not care… I want some pretty butterflies on my upper back and I am going to get some. I have raised three kids and been married for 20 years, now it is my turn…

There are few things more beautiful or calming that Peruvian Sodalite. Peruvian tradition asserts that this stone possesses special powers to bring wisdom to the person who wears it.  Several cultures in fact believe that this stone of peace as it is called, has metaphysical properties. Sodalite is a blue stone that is found in blue or that is said to heal the body of wounds, fear or anger.  Peruvians use this native stone in jewelry because they believe that it promotes intuition, communication and peace.  Whether these are true or not perhaps cannot be proven, but there’s something that is universally agreed on and that is the beauty of Sodalite and the handcrafted sodalite necklace that is part of the artisan jewelry made in Peru.

My partner loves the tv - you could say she knows the times of every program so there’s no need for a TV guide.

I don’t watch so much but when I do it’ll be the sport usually. So it’s a relief that she’s starting attending some dance schools - which leaves me free to watch the TV.

Because I watch so little, when I do watch it I usually devour it. Quite oddly these dance shows like Strictly Come Dancing I’ve found quite interesting. Maybe I shouldn’t be watching television but should be out learning dance with her.
