I just finished taking a nap. When I came home from work, I was very tired that I just wanted to relax my body. So I went to sleep for about three hours. I really love to sleep and if it was up to me, I would wake up everyday at 11 am. However, I have responsibilities and I need to work in order to take care of those responsibilities.

Because I went to sleep right after I came home, I couldn’t workout to lose stomach weight. I am used to coming home from work and exercising for about 20 minutes. Even though I get home really tired every day, I make the effort to exercise.
