Due to the many benefits of green tea it is now available as tablet and capsule supplements.  These supplements are helpful to those who don’t like the taste of tea.  If, however, you enjoy the taste of black tea then you will probably enjoy green tea too.  Green tea is much lighter in both taste and color in comparison to black tea.  Often described as having a fresh light flavor with a touch of citrus.  Also available are some herbal tea blends that incorporate tea with citrus fruits like orange and lemon which add a burst of sunny flavor.
