I want to get rid off my stomach fat, but don’t know how to do it. I know that I need to eat healthier and exercise, but I don’t what foods to eat nor which exercises to do. My friend told me that she likes to do fast workouts at home. So she recommend me to start working out in my house and if I don’t like it to then go to a gym. I am still thinking about this because if I am going to workout in my house I need to know what exercises to do. I hope that I can start working out soon.
