Every process takes it time to get used to. The same applies to raw foods diet also. A person cannot directly shift from his normal diet to a raw diet within a day or two. In fact the digestive system requires at least a week to get used to a raw food diet. So the best thing to do is move with extreme caution and care.
The first thing that you can do is to change your dinner to one with salads. If you cannot handle it, cook some dishes as a supplement and with time decrease the number of cooked dishes. With time you will get accustomed to raw foods diet and thus expect a better and healthy future for yourself.
