One of my New Year’s resolutions is a weight loss program to improve my health and fitness. After years of neglect I have decided that it is time to get some discipline in order. I plan to start a regular exercise program and to take the time to learn more about nutrition. I have several friends who have also expressed an interest in forming an exercise group. That should be ideal for keeping the motivation up. I have also started to investigate exercise to get rid of cellulite. I really do not like the dimpled orange peel look and it severely detracts from the clothes that I can wear. I have considered employing a personal trainer but have decided that getting some basic shape first is the best way to go.
