I have recently been looking into getting a new wheelchair. I am really interested in the Quickie wheelchairs, and I am wondering if insurance will pay for these, or if I would have to come up with the money on my own. They are a little expensive, but they offer so many options I’m sure I could get one that would exactly fit my needs. I would assume that insurance would at least cover some of the cost, but with the way things are these days I could see them denying it, so I need to find out before I decide to purchase one.
