I like to watch cooking shows on television, and I have occasionally tried out a few of the recipes that have been demonstrated. A few times when I tried to make a stir-fry, the food didn’t turn out as well as I would have hoped, and I decided that woks would be better than saucepans for attempting to duplicate what I had watched. I found a good one, and I started using it to cook. I was surprised how evenly the food cooked, and that the vegetables turned out so crisp. Now I use it whenever I stir-fry, and I am starting to get really good!
