Not only do hypnotists scare me, but they kind of freak out my husband as well. There’s just something about that whole look into my eyes nonsense that makes you not only doubt their true power, but also to wonder if they’re playing some strange mind games on people. I remember seeing a guy at a show once who claimed to be able to hypnotize anyone in about 30 seconds. He called six people up on stage and one by one, he put them under. It looked impressive enough, but how many of those people were plants I wonder. I mean, do they still do things like plant accomplices in the audience at these things?
