Free searches are self service and limited.  A free search people by cell phone numbers is easy to do in a sense, but if a person can’t see around the ideas behind a site they are using, the information might as well not even be on the web.  Free searches are accessed through the search dialog box at the end of a directory page, by entering a search string in the input field.  They are available only with basic membership.  Free searches are available on a wide range of sources.  And they are likely to be provided by various search engines that contain all the existing and necessary data.
