Generally, equipment that has a lead (cable) and plug and which is normally moved around or can easily be moved from place to place, eg vacuum cleaners, kettles, heaters, fans, televisions, desk lamps; and also equipment that could be moved, eg photocopiers, fax machines, and desktop computers.  All those items need pat testing as they are all Portable Appliances which use a plug and electrical supply system.  All the appliances listed are low risk but if maintenance has been neglected, there is a greater chance that some of the equipment has become dangerous and action will need to be taken to ensure they are safe and fit for use.
