My computer crashed today, it has all of my invoicing software on it. Of course, stupid me, I do not have a back up of my computer. I know, how stupid. Here I am, a small business owner, and I, of all people, do not have my computer backed up. What am I going to do? I guess I am off to the computer repair shop to see if they can retrieve all of my files. This is not going to improve my customer relationships right now. I have some really picky clients, they will notice a new management software. I have learned my lesson!
