If you browse through the various sites that have been dedicated to Onlive, you will see that there are plenty of people excited about the new gaming system.  However, that last updates we received from Onlive have pretty much come over a month ago.  We know that they plan on launching the system into beta testing sometime this summer.  We just don’t know the exact date.  We know that they plan on launching the system nationwide sometime in the Winter of 2009, but that only ranges from December 21st – December 31st.  According to one Onlive Forum the system may not launch until after the new year.  However information and updates provided at these forums have slowed down by a huge amount.  Will Onlive really materialize?  No one really knows.  We’re just in a ‘wait and see’ mode right now.
